Instructions on form were not clear so I contacted customer service who contacted employer on my behalf. They clarified provess and helped me complete the process quickly. If only all customer service was this good!

Overall wonderful experience. Agent helped me with my problem. I want to highlight few things here for improvement. 1) Poor voice call quality, phone got disconnected two times. 2) One of the agent asked me for sensitive information to locate my record. 3) My ticket got expired before the committed time.

Paul was helping me and after a quite lengthy time on hold, the phone was disconnected. Needless to say I was very upset since I had to start all over with calling in again. I was able to complete my task with a "new" representative. Paul called me back and sent a follow up e-mail with an apology for the technical difficulty. I was very impressed he took the time to apologize knowing how busy his day must be. thanks to Paul!
