I just submitted my information for the background check and found it to be easy, I like that I was able to submit my supervisors emails and phone numbers for previous jobs. I just let my past supervisors know that I was having a background check done and they were fine with me giving sterling their information. I have not received any results yet but I just submitted my background check two days ago, Friday night and they are closed on the weekends. So I am not sure why people on here are giving sterling such a hard time when the company seems very straightforward and easy. Overall I am happy with sterling so far and am eager to start my dream job as soon as all of my information is verified.
