Alex is a real asset to your company. A real professional. He helped me through the background process that I couldn’t accomplish on my iPhone. Evidentially, the last couple of pages did not show up on my phone. Alex helped me to expedite the background process to completion. Grateful for Alex’s professionalism and patience. Thank-You, once again, Alex!
