i received a good service from customer representative.

While I cannot remember the name of the representative(s) that assisted me through this process, I remember, distinctly, that each one made me feel like a human. The background check process can be quite stressful and the representatives that assisted me never made me feel as though I was trying to "hide something". They were thorough, while making the process as simplistic as possible. I didn't feel like I " i was in a fight". Thank You Ladies and Gentlemen.....

My agent was not able to help me, and I had to figure it out myself

Each section is given a certain time limit before the site logs you out and worse, it doesn't "save" those items on the section you were working on. Beyond that, the process was fine. Your Support (via phone) was extremely helpful with the questions I had; she was excellent.

Support: Mixed results with getting help from representatives, but one was so helpful that it overrode all other calls. Was understanding, empathetic towards my situation, knew my company's operations, and was able to reassure me accordingly. Background: I wish background checks were run in a slightly different manner. It took about 12 hours/[<1 business day] for the group to decide that the contacts I gave them were "unreachable", suddenly putting a large burden of proof on me. Recommend collecting any/all proof of previous employment available before you start the process.
