Sterling one is an amazing company to work with. Whenever I or a candidate have a question regarding background checks or drug screening, they are always available to assist immediately. Their customer service is great and I have never had an issue with their easy to use system.

Very quick, and fast process.

The customer service representative (the developer) was very helpful and answered all my questions. My only recommendation to the developer team is to add a feature that will give applicants the option to review and update their information before the background check procedure begins, even if it is a day or five days prior to the process. The process duration should also be shorter than 30 days to allow applicants and client a quick hiring process.

I had trouble getting into my background check and called them to see why. They had the answer within a second and told me what I needed to do or use.
