I was very tired and frustrated when I called in initially. Had to call back again because nothing that was suggested resolved my issues. Several calls, emails, and attempts later, I finally resolved the issue I was having because the testing site could not be reached by phone. I ended up just taking a risk and going there without an appointment. Sterling did at least follow up. That's more than others do when a client or customer is having an issue. Hopefully they ask for additional information (if needed) to complete a FAIR and accurate background check. Unlike another reviewer who was apparently cheated out of a job opportunity. Integrity and fairness are high on my list of values.

I spoke to a young lady named Eunice who helped me to retrieve an email that I needed to present to the clinic for my drug screening today. She was polite and patient with me. If I should need assistance in the future, I would love to speak with her again.

I had a question regarding my back ground check. The representative answered my question quickly and politely and I processed the request for the background check.

They were very helpful with me and understanding. They also taught me some not so great things about myself, but I hope it doesn't go against me and I will look forward to hopefully hearing back from Aramark soon.

Unclear and contradictory instructions online but the agent was very helpful. On a number of occasion , had trouble downloading documents from the site. Kept retrying until success.

I think since you must have gotten a lot of information from the client (prospective employer) you could pre-populate a lot of your forms with that information. For example, you could obtain either the resume or the abstract the client created from the resume and have parsing software to fill in your database. Many HR departments and firms do this. And certainly the client has already obtained the Social Security number and other identification information. The vast majority of people (myself included) click through commercial agreements that allow all sorts of companies to gather and sell information to anyone who wants it, basically. I'm surprised you need me to tell you where I've lived in my lifetime. Google probably knows that already - and remembers the dates better than I do. Having this information pre-populated and asking the applicant to verify the information would make things faster and more accurate. Also, you need to bound your requests. For example, how far back does an applicant need to go back for the address history? Does the address history need to include temporary housing? Commuter residency (owning a home in one city, working in another)?

I informed the representative about about a problem with a section of an application I was doing. I was given a step by step on how to fix the problem and it worked.
