The site was down and I was unable to access the site via pick or copy and paste to the browser. I called Sterling and Mark was very polite and professional as he assisted me with getting access to enter my information to processed. Good Afternoon: I spoke with Marcio this afternoon regarding a couple of issues. Please note that Marcio was calm, patient, extremely helpful. Even when we had to wait for my computer to move, and my cell phone connection was not the best at times. Please hold Marcio up as an example of GREAT customer service. He fixed an issue with our set up, which the last support helper only fixed part way, which caused the confusion I had and resulted in needed assistance today.
