So far, so good as far as my experience with Sterling. I had one question regarding my information and I was able to talk with someone after a brief hold. They were very polite and helpful in finding an answer for me.

Had an issue with the testing site I had chosen and the agent that I spoke with was extremely understanding and solved the problem.
