What l consider to be your strongest attribute in my brief experience with Sterling was the ability to talk with someone knowledgeable and patient through your "Client Services Rep"! That personal touch, intimate contact, although almost extinct I believe it to remain problem solving "101" for any business that is so engrossed in public interaction.

The first issue I had was my application kept kicking back flash forward when I called the lady on the other side was pleasant , efficient and fast. She didn't lecture me or seemed frustrated I could hear her clear and it was a easy fix. Not sure if I resolved the other issues but seeing how I gave all the data and corrected data I just assume they kept on with the process. User friendly

I found the representatives very responsive and helpful when i needed to call to get clarity on my application.

During the filling out all the information needed to comply with all that was required it doesnt explain that you need to save or download the form SSA-89 so at the end when I needed to browse and download it to the system I couldnt accomplish it because I didnt download to my computer so the system doesnt let you finish and thats when I had to call for assistance. I had to go back again, download it and fill it out again because when u save it to ur computer it saves in a blank copy so u have to fill it again.
