It has no respect for others. I'm waiting 10 working days for a simple check to work as a corrier. And today I received an email from the company informing me that STERLING asked me for a document and did not receive my response. I have not received any email from Sterling requesting anything. I enter the portal and have access to nothing. Everything goes wrong. Sterling is a real trash company.

My MVR report keeps coming back as No drive, I call and ask why, they say My paperwork is incorrect, I re submit my paperwork and they still say it is incorrect.

It's very very frustrating. Sterling keeps coming back to ask for the same information again and again. I respond within less than 12 hours when they ask for information and it takes them over a week to ask for the same information again. I just called and spoke to Jay who confirmed that they've received everything that I need to send. I requested him to escalate this matter as it is causing significant delay to my start date. I want to start on Oct 2nd. This matter has been delayed for 2 weeks already. It's very very frustrating.

My potential employer has notified me twice that they are still waiting on my background check. I submitted the ok beginning of August and gave gotten a hold of you people 4times now to check the status and Everytime I get the same answer it is pending it will be done on this date and sent off. Don't think it should take a month and a half to get results but here we are. I would like to have the information that has been run on me in hardcopy form.

I was there for almost 8 hours. You know you're patients are going to be there more than a four hours don't put the food channel on something the office manager should know. But lady's at the desk for very nice

Terrible company, 3 weeks and counting for a simple uber background check, PVG in the UK takes 3 days. No idea why they take so long, emails are returned with the same old speel "it can take 14 working days". If you are a commercial company looking to run background checks on potential employees, avoid this lot, save yourself some time and hassle

Outsource their "Background check" to the candidate. Any serious company would steer far away. The company has absolutely no idea about any local regulations or anything. They request documents that do not exist in specific countries, and are relentless with the spam, and document requests. The company was unable to locate a contact number to verify university degree, at a major British University. It doesn't get any easier than that.

They are rubbish company. I couldn't create login, I couldn't change my password, they didn't explain what was wrong, the support centre doesn't work. It loks like nothing work whith this company. And Uber gave them check our background?! It's absolutly ceazy! They all forgot what's mean responsability!
