This website made it really easy to follow.

The process was simple to follow. When i did encounter a problem with uploading a form that would not upload. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful with resolving my problem. Very good Customer Service.

I called sterling to verify I could use another facility to do my drug screen and the person that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and professional and helped me really well
