The person I spoke to was very Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

I initially had an issue with submitting my background. I called Sterling IT for assistance; I had to call twice for two different reasons. Neither had anything to do with Sterling, but both representatives were helpful. The young lady was extremely kind and pleasant. My apologies for not remembering her name. I think it was Dahlia, not sure. Nonetheless, both were knowledgeable and helpful.

Great company to work with. Everything was easy and the people were professional and very helpful.

Claudia at the client support desk was great and easy to understand the next step. She put my stress at ease.

I had excellent customer service with Sterling. I talked with 2 representatives that were great, the first being Alex Scott. Mr. Scott went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Also, Valley was very kind and helpful. Both representatives called me frequently and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. I appreciate Alex and Valley.
