All in all, I had a positive experience in dealing when the customer service representatives that took my calls: Angel and Nastasha. Challenge #1: Fill in required information such as contact phone numbers for either the Human Resources or a former supervisor. Suggestion: Include a default phone number on the web site to use if the background check candidate does not have a valid phone number available Challenge #2: Securing an appointment for the employment drug screening. I received a confirmation of my upcoming drug screening appointment, but I did not receive a QR code, only the location, date and time of the drug screening. The clinic or lab had no record of my reservation. Luckily for me, the receptionist at the clinic went the extra mile and helped secure an appointment the following day at another drug screening location. I was willing to drive 70 miles round trip to meet the 2 day dead line to get the drug screening submitted and supply the Chain of Custody Order ID to my new perspective employer. Suggestion: Include some information of what to expect if you have successfully secured a time and date for the drug screening.
