Once I spoke with one of your employees it was easy get to where I needed to go.

Overall the website is more or less easy to navigate, but I think it needs a better separation of an institutional and individual applicants' login options. Also, a brief explanation of the whole application process wouldn't hurt, for example describing how can the applicant check for progress and how to get the final report.
