We choose to partner with Sterling for enhanced background and social media checks for our company. We couldn't be more pleased. It's more comprehensive, and we've added a social media search as a component that we feel is key in today's world. We have a dedicated support team that is responsive, professional, and gets us answers quickly to questions we may have. I would 100% recommend chosing to partner with Sterling for background checks.

Really easy to work with and they got my background check done quickly. I accidentally messaged them, thinking it was my potential employer, and they were super nice about it! Overall it was an extremely smooth process!

My experience with Sterling was for a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
My experience with Sterling was for a pre-employment background check and drug screening. The company was very professional. Due to COVID-19, the drug screen lab assigned to me was booked solid for 2 weeks past my testing deadline. The customer service rep I spoke with was able to locate another lab location and actually made the appointment for me while I was on the phone with her. Great service and very friendly.
