I finished the form and pressed SAVE PROGRESS then CONTINUE and saw the same result up top in green - Progress Saved. I thought I was done. The form however had a technical error that would not allow it to CONTINUE past the employment section. It wasn't until nearly a week later with the HR rep that I found out that the form was showing incomplete on their end. This lapse temporarily made me look unprofessional and lackadaisical in their eyes. With help from your IT team - Lorina, Mark, Susan, and another - a new form loaded and I could finally complete the form. I suggest adding a diagram of sorts on the home page that shows ALL steps needed to complete the form. That diagram should flow to all pages and show the progress until completion. Also, once completed a status should auto-populate to the candidate, HR rep, and recruiter simultaneously.
