I did a background check recently for a…
I did a background check recently for a job. It was taking awhile to be completed, so I called to see what was going on. Rep told me that they're in the process of doing the criminal background and should be done by this Friday. I just don't understand why it's taking this long to do the background check when most people had it done really quickly.

Lab Location results not accurate
Very easy to use and results were fast. However, you need to update your lab search results. Your website and agent is pointing me to the NJ labs but I live in NYC. Good thing I called the lab and directed me to their NY locations.
