Initially I never received my invite for Sterling during onboarding for my new position. The agent found out that the invite was sent to an old email address from years ago, updated the email address, and sent the new invite. Thank you so much!

Very well organized and process oriented.

I realized I was going to be late for my appointment for an I-9 screening. I called the place I was supposed to go and they said not to worry but get there when I could. When I arrived, however, they told me I had been deleted from the system. I had driven 30 miles and was a little upset. I called Sterling and the CSR researched and fixed the issue and then stayed on the phone with me until the screening facility was able to complete my I-9, Great customer service.
