The interviewing / hiring process in my opinion went smoothly. Including the background check and the drug testing. The only issue or concern that I have is once all of that is completed and you're told, "we believe that you are a good candidate." I'm waiting to hear my position, shift, and start date. It feels like you're being left in limbo and a little unsure if you have the job or not. Although you passed the drug and background check. I'm just ready to get started!

Sterling was fast and efficient when it came to background checks and the members at Sterling were very knowledgeable about what was going on.

I recently arranged to view a property with Sterling Estate Agents in Tring. I was greeted by Clinton who proved to be a veritable mine of information on the property, area, and local amenities. A very nice guy. I also dealt with Jason and Angel, who were both helpful with my online and telephone questions and queries. Surprisingly, one estate agents I would consider for future property searches and do so recommend, is this team at Sterling.

The person I spoke with was extremely nice and knowledgeable, he was greatly appreciated.

The processing is fast. I would give 5 stars if Upload Tax Documentation Task was easier to do (instead of having a list of incomplete tasks, the tasks were individually separated and I have to log in each time whenever I get a notification to fill out Tax Docs Task). I could not supplement other documentations since I already submitted and there was no other link to supplement. Other than that, great service and fast processing.

I received really fast and courteous service. The rep. answered all of my questions and I appreciated their business.
