I called for help twice in filling out my form. The first time, they were prompt in returning my call, and were helpful in jumping over that particular hurdle, although I forget now what I was having trouble with. Then I called back a second time and the call was answered immediately. I was having trouble completing the form for "previous addresses," particularly since we've been at this address for 44 years! So all I really needed was this address and the immediate last address. The chat was easy and helpful, and I completed for form quickly and easily!

The thing I like about the service was that it was not hard to fill out the application. Thank.
