Great background check. Very thorough, and the customer service was very helpful. Also allowing the candidate a copy of the background check is very helpful

Grateful to have a job after covid!
Appreciate the Thoroughness, but times frames of when people graduated (25-30) years ago need to be taken into consideration. Things were not electronic, we did everything manually. Also, covid has put things behind at least three months. You cant get a transcript overnight, it’s impossible. Other than that I appreciate the help and effort of Sterling Staff!
