have had 2 checks going through. A free one and a paid for. Both asking for the same information. Both times even with the correct documentation loaded required me to send so of it again. Then for some reason the free one completed in 3 day the one that i had been charge for, the documents were still incorrect even thought the same as the one that had been signed off. Is still outstanding 2 weeks later. If i had a chose i would not use this company at all

Make an appointment for Screening! The Sterling folks were great, however the information provided about the laboratory was incorrect. The hours shown in the email providing directions did not indicate that the screening cutoff was earlier than their hours or that screenings were not available on Saturdays. As a result I ended up going to the testing site three different times. I was also unable to transfer the screening to a different lab that was open later. Improvements can be made in providing specific instructions for making appointments and having the correct hours for screenings.

I think there are bugs in the Sterling website. 1. About address history When I entered the following information, the system would not allow me to proceed: Address 1: since 6/1/2022 Address 2: 3/1/2021-5/31/2022 I had to enter the following information: Address 1: since 6/1/2022 Address 2: 3/1/2021-6/1/2022 Does “Do not include any gaps” mean the periods need to overlap? 2. About employment history I entered my employment history for the past 8 years, but the system said “your employment history does not meet the 7 year requirement …”, and I could not proceed. I had to contact the customer service to solve the problem.

I am 20 years old. Could not submit background form because I didn't have 7 years of employment. Had to state that I volunteered as a student at my HS to submit form. Sterling couldn't find my employment with Construction company LLC even though simple google check for LLC's in Michigan shows all contact information. I have only filed income taxes for 2 years. I submitted 1099's but that wasn't good enough to prove employment. Sterling is not set up for students and summer employment.

Had an issue inputting one of my details, and due to my own technical issues was not able to ring the customer support for a few days. In this time I filled out the "contact us" form 3 times, each time was told "we will respond to your issue in 24-48 hours". Had no response. Once I was able to call for help, the issue was fixed very simply, just frustrating that as it was such a small issue it wasn't able to be sorted sooner.
