Can't even login into their system to check my progress. Authentication code doesn't work and the YOTI account doesn't work, what is going on?

My right to work share code was not matching with sterling records and they wouldn't tell what to do nor how to correct it. im in a limbo right now. I suggest more efficient system and more communication. they should provide a reference to give candidates as to i had to repeat my details again and again to support team Still waiting ........for solution.

Seemingly broken platform and they request an excessive amount of information. Even made me complete a degree check with a third party since my degree certificate was somehow insufficient. They drip fed me requests for additional information, dragging out the process for weeks. I provided all of the requested information via emails and via their platform, which even confirmed I had provided the necessary information. In their report to my employer the claimed to have not received anything from me. Lucky for me I was returning to a previous employer otherwise this could have caused serious problems.

Im sorry but how can it take 3 weeks to do a criminal background check when you did my background check for deliveroo within 10 minutes. This is becoming a joke now. This is taking so long which is delaying me in making money so i can afford to live a normal life.

They farm your information, period. I hadn’t had a junk email in months until I sent off my background check to these people, and I spent the next 2 1/2 weeks getting blasted with about 30 junk messages a day. I got into a fistfight in 2005, I applied for a job at the lumberyard in 2023 and apparently my criminal record disqualifies me as a lumberyard employee L O L. Avoid any company that uses third parties to background check you, You’re giving up information to somebody that you don’t know, that obviously sells your information to someone else you don’t know. I am not exactly sure what my history of fixed addresses has to do with my background check, But I found it very odd that they asked for seven years of where I lived, and they wanted the exact dates when I moved. Information, farm, avoid at all costs

I experienced several issues with my Sterling background check. First, there was some technical issue that I was not aware of and required the potential employer to have me resubmit my Sterling application. Once the background check started, I received an email for additional docs but there was no secure portal for uploading documents. I had to send a request for the portal. No notification when the background check was complete. When logging in and seeing my background report was complete I couldn't download it. I had to call Sterling customer support to manually send me a copy of the report. The final report said I did not redact one of my documents, but I did it the same way as the other document.

request professional documents from 8 to 6 years ago, that sounds a bit excessive. Also this professional doc' are irrelevant with the position that I applied. (different job) They just follow their process, even when it does not make sense.
