Throughout my process there were a couple issues , and it was necessary for me to contact Sterling for resolution . I am very happy to say that all Sterling associates were able to either resolve the issue right away , or make a recommendation to me to help in any way they could . I always felt very comfortable and all Sterling associates were very knowledgeable and very helpful all throughout . They always made me comfortable and I always felt confident that any issue would be resolved immediately, and I am very happy with how the entire process was carried out . Thank you very much .
