Very user friendly process. Had a question about how to select additional reports I thought needed to submit. Contacted Sterling by phone and the Associate I spoke to initially couldn't access my account using the company code I gave her so she couldn't answer my question. I sent an email explaining the situation and received an immediate response with the answer. Slight inconvenience but no problem. Overall good experience.
