Easy as can be!

The process was fast and simple.

The Customer Service Team is very helpful and soft spoken. They try their level best to help out the applicants. But there isn't a proper way for these folks to reach out to the Internal Team for more updates. Yes, the customer service team can log a request for the Internal Team. But apart from this, there isn't any other way to reach out to the Internal Team. I am waiting for my background check to complete. All the checks are done except the education check. Customer service team has logged requests twice for the Internal team but hasn't received any response back. I hope you understand how critical these background checks are. Job offers can be taken back if background checks aren't completed on time. Please establish a way for the front end Customer Service Team to reach out to the Internal team apart from logging requests. Again, I want to thank the Customer Service Team for doing whatever they can and always giving their best.
