The service is too good and upto the expectations.

The first thing I noticed about Sterling was their great response time. I really appreciate them contacting me back promptly each time I reached out to them. The CSR were extremely professional and informative and positive. I really appreciate that during the anxiously awaited waiting period while waiting for their analysis' to return. One star employee deserving Kudos was Jobette. She really made the whole experience less nerve-wreckind and her cordiality and attitude really made for a wonderful experience. Thank you Sterling for being so exceptional to your candidates!

I didn't think I was finished with the background check, so I called and spoke to the customer service gentleman. He was very nice and helpful.

Professional and kind customer service

I called the Sterling number for help to complete my information and was directed to the Spanish help desk. There a lady helped me complete al the information in a very knowledgeable and polite manner I was very grateful for al her help. I don’t remember her name but indeed she was great.
