Very helpful support. Thank you!

We had a prospective employee that was having difficulty once he got to the testing site, your rep quickly resolved the problem while our employee was at the testing, saving him a lot of waste time if he had to make a return trip. And your reps are easy to reach on the Live Chat option.

It was no long wait like other website when I called. The representative named Gabriel Ramos talked with me and help me very quickly and made everything so easy for me for my remaining documents. As soon as I cut the call I received email regarding missing documents attachment. And it was very easy process.

A+ process. Additionally, called customer service twice and both times received a white glove experience. Thank you!

I recently needed to work with Support to understand navigating the system. I was contacted by Paige, and was delighted to receive the most helpful service from such a pleasant person. Paige solved the issued (it was me) immediately and saw to it that things worked properly before offering additional help. Cheers Paige! Thank you for being there for us!
