Awesome
I reached out for assistance after getting a email to repeat the background application process. Although the agent could tell me why a second application was requested, he was wonderful and directed me to contact HR prior to completing the process. Only improvement suggestion would be hit better communication between partners so questions could be answered at the 1st point if contact.
