The experience was very good. The representative named Fahad helped me with some technical problems and I graded him with highest rating for his service. The website was rather difficult to enter data. I was logged out at one point after almost completing the entire input process. I had to begin over because no information was saved.

Customer Call pickup is very quick. Service Representative (Kaushal) help is great. Asking my sterling credentials to resolve the issue is not great. Please add new role to Representative so that based based on the provided userId he should be able to access the client(me) information to resolve the issue.
