The initial phases have progressed very smoothly. However, after seeing I cleared my background check I have not had any further correspondence. I was told to wait for a response from DayForce who initiates the process after the initial background check.

Having continuous feedback is essential. The background check is time-consuming. There's little/no room for error. If there isn't clear communication, unforeseen problems are more likely to occur. Thankfully, both Sevita & Sterling made the background check quite efficient. Much appreciated!
