Pretty reliable just curious as to where I go from here, background check is cleared but I call the number and nobody answers

I spoke with John and he was very professional, demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and knowledgeable. I completed my background check and noticed that I was not asked what my maiden name was and was concerned that I might not be in compliance with the background check and therefore not a candidate for the employment opportunity. However, John assured me that all would be well and that I was in compliance and this would not affect my employment opportunity. Thank you again for your assistance. The representative on the phone went above and beyond to help resolve the issue! He also learned that I am a new hire and sent user guides via e-mail, which have been very helpful. Top notch service and I hope to have this same rep again if I ever encounter an issue.

My background check took a few more days than usual I of course had some concerns and filled with anxiety. I called three times and each time was given respect and they were the opposite of evasive. I was given information that made this process bearable. thank you

I like the way the background verification is transparent. You can view the reports as well. It would be much better if the person can also see the progress of each verification.
