Getting the information that I needed was simple

I have had limited contact with and have limited experience with this provider. For that reason I can only say that the contacts I have had have generally been reasonably good and professional. The only glitch was with the initial access to your platform, with the authentication effort thru the Microsoft authenticator. Other than that it has been a good experience.

The agent who helped me reschedule my alternate testing site was very kind and helpful. However, the initial testing site that was provided was not compliant with eScreen and led to my 'wasting' a morning waiting for them to tell me they couldn't use the eScreen document provided. Frustrating. Luckily I called Sterling later that morning and the agent helped me find the correct eScreen site and she re-issued a new eScreen pass for me. I was able to submit my test today and am glad she was able to help me.

Overall experience was good while filling up the form for background verification. The one thing was misleading is which type of form i wanted to fill, whether it's education, employment details, etc.

This was a fairly smooth process, however, I think requiring the last 7 years of education is a little extreme. I feel it would be more efficient to simply ask the highest education completed, including the date range, institution, and the granted degree/diploma title.

The company helped and asked for the right information which was provided by myself and more if anything to complete and sign off the checks The checks are still pending (open) which has taken sometime to complete and close (longer than I would have expected)

The scheduling process was great, drug testing process, very efficient. The fingerprinting process through UPS was very inefficient, appointment were not kept, staff was stressed and hurried and location was very inconvenient. The fingerprinting process can be improved.
