Professional and outstanding customer service

The guy I spoke to on the phone talked in a very calm manner. Was very quick and patient with me. He didn't put me on a "fake hold" like other customer services do. Was able to help me quick and calm with my questions. He didn't take long to answer call. Other services take longer. Lady on email responded quick as well within like 10 minutes I got a response. Very convienient Incase I'm in a hurry. I appreciate both answering fast and staying calm and not taking forever to answer my questions or resolve my issues. Quick and simple !
