Customer service was top notch
Customer service was top notch. They provided me drawings of several styles with dimensions. Made it easy for myself to explain to the homeowner what was necessary! I will use again.

Good customer care, ok product
Good customer care. Prompt shipping. Wood rail had some bow to it. Website says they can ship 8'-0" standard, but it's really 7'-9" max.

We thank you for your overall review, David. We highly value your comments. Unfortunately, we were unaware of the bow of the handrail you received. We stand behind our high, stringent standards and if that doesn't meet that standard, we want to know about it. If know, we would have gladly replace it, as mentioned in our Product Issues & Claims page. Regarding FULL 8 foot handrails, we can and do ship these. As clearly explained on the handrail you purchased and each of our products available 8 ft or over, an additional surcharge will apply if the handrail needs to be a FULL 8 foot; versus 93" (7' 9"). We strive to maintain shipping cost for our customer and would rather give our customers the option to paying additional shipping surcharges on top of standard shipping when it may not be needed for them. We hear many "Thank You" from our customers as we strive to save shipping cost for them. We did confirm with you regarding the handrail length to ensure you received the length you needed; correct? Our goal is to serve every customer with our high level of stair expertise coupled with our premier grade of stair parts with reasonable pricing to receive ALL 5-star ratings.

Satisfied SepUP Stairs Parts Customer!
StepUP Stairs Parts had the exact stair rail spindle size and shape I’d been search for to replace a broken one. The part only took a few days to arrive, was exactly as it was advertised to be and, with some minor trimming and shaping, it was a perfect replacement. I was completely satisfied with this purchase!

Excellent service, beautiful quality.
While I was placing the order, Dave was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He was also very honest regarding availability and shipping. The products arrived earlier than expected and are of beautiful quality.
