I have to say my experience with Step Free Recovery by far has truly changed my way of thinking when it comes to my addiction, and changed my life. I was always uncomfortable and to ashamed to truly reach out and say I need help and guidance much less admit it out loud. Addiction was something I fought with alone, hiding within the shadows out of shame until I found Step Free Recovery & Valeriya Gessner whom went above and beyond to ensure that I felt & understood I shouldn't be ashamed to reach out for help. It goes deeper then that It wasn't just that she made me feel comfortable talking with her about my battles, she made sure I felt worthy of a better life, she came at it with empathy, understanding, knowledge, experience, true guidance. Assuring me with every step,of the way that every shameful thing I shared with her from my addiction I was unjudged. She not only helped but went to bat for me when it came to the pharmacy filling my meds being unfortunately there is still a stigma around recovery. Val & Kevin ( can't forget Kevin) have truly given me hope, not just hope within my recovery but hope in who I am as a person. From the first time we spoke she was there no matter the time of day or night reaching out to me, listening to me, talking to me, guiding me at a very vulnerable time in my life. So hands down 5 stars if I could give more I would, there's many places out there that will claim to help but Val and Step Free put actions behind there words from the very first phone call. I could never give them enough credit nor enough thanks, please if someone whom may be struggling reads this, just make a phone call one phone call is all it takes to truly start changing your life. Step Free Recovery can't thank them enough...

I've been in recovery for over 15 years, and have had ups and downs. Most offices just treat you as a number. But at Step Free Recovery, they actually care about you as a person and will do what ever it takes to get you the help needed. So glad I found this place because I was close to falling off. But they got me the help I needed and were in no way judgemental about it. So thankful Step Free Recovery, check them out you won't be disappointed!!!!

The people REALLY CARE about their clients. Great customer service skills as well. Everyone I have come into contact with has been very friendly and always willing to help in any way they can. This is over all an amazing company and I am very blessed to have been told about them. Val and Kevin are EXCELLENT!!! I could not have asked for a better place and there is nothing I feel they should do differently. I would recommend them to anybody.

Val is an extremely caring, experienced, and knowledgeable medical professional. She is able to direct and guide you throughout whatever your situation may be using up-to-date science and medicine, real world experience, and a great deal of empathy and care. Kevin and her make up an excellent team that is sure to help many people on their road to recover.

Everyone is wonderful and you can tell they really care! Valeriya and Kevin were amazing I definitely recommend for anyone looking for great and expeditious care.

When I first contacted Step Free Recovery I didn't know what to expect. I was in a pretty bad predicament, I first spoke to Kevin which he listened to everything I was going through. He then got me set up with Dr Gessner and within a week we had come up with a plan together to get me the help that I need. I felt hopeless before finding Step Free Recovery but now I feel like I am on the right path! I highly recommend!!!!

I can say without a doubt that what Val and Kevin did for my husband was an actual miracle. He has been on HEAVY pain meds for over 30 years and was suddenly cut off without assistance. I found the number for Step Free Recovery and took a chance. I truly figured it wasn't legit and we would get scammed, but I was so so wrong. It was a Friday night and Val stayed on the phone with us until nearly midnight guiding my husband through the most terrifying moment in his life. NO ONE does that! But Val did. She continued to monitor him throughout the weekend without delay and he came through better than anyone could have expected. This was nothing short of a miracle for us and I truly believe God directed us to her. There's no other explanation. There aren't enough words to describe how grateful we are to her.....and Kevin!
