Easy to order, first time user. Discount coupons or free shipping offerings would be a great addition.

Shipping time could be improved. Takes too long to receive.

Good morning Mary, We apologize your shipping was longer than you were expecting. We use a 3rd party fulfillment center for our shipping. Sometimes shipping can be delayed for various reasons. Please reach out to us if you see your future orders aren't arriving in a timely manner so we can look into the delay. We appreciate you!

I think your product has saved my teeth. My Periodontist cares your products in her office but I order a few bottles in between my appointments. Thank you. I love the Coconut Rinse.

The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. I have oral surgery scheduled for later this month and was concerned that my order from Amazon wouldn't get to me in time. She offered to expedite at no extra charge.
