According to the tracker, my Oral Rinse order shipped on September 19. The confirmation said it would arrive in 6-8 days. It's been over three weeks and I'm still waiting. The most recent status that I checked this morning, October 10, said that it made it to Georgia, and now will be returned to sender. Is it because I didn't order through Amazon? I've heard that Amazon makes it hard for smaller vendors to do business. Monopolistic practices are common for them. Do you only use UPS (they won't deliver to USPS PO Boxes), and if that's the case, why wasn't I informed of this three weeks ago? What's the next step? You can call me at 415-572-6206.
