The product was a blessing. I had bad sores in my mouth due to chemo, and there is no product available to help that doesn’t have mint in it. My dentist did some research and found your coconut flavored rinse. Thank goodness.

Customer service answered promptly. Explained your recommendation to use the gel within 60 days, but it is still working at 7 months. Said you know about bottom tube seal opening and leaking sometimes and will replace the tube even though it is down to about 1/3. I appreciate that customer care and hope you can find a fix for the seal.
