Steins offers quality, at a great price, in a trustworthy and professional manner.
The first time I visited Steins, I was very skeptical. I found them on the Internet, and I schedule an appointment to go see them when I was in Los Angeles. They treated me like a valued customer, or patient in showing me my options, and offered me a very fair price for my preowned Rolex. I was still skeptical, so I brought my purchase to a master jeweler in my own state, and it appraised for even more then they had appraised it for me at Steins. I was so impressed, that I bought one for my wife's Rolex from them a couple years later. At that point, my trust was so high, that I simply or did it over the Internet and allow them to ship it to me. They even got my order to me in a crunch on the day before Christmas.

We got our engagement ring from here
After 4 months of searching my husband pulled the trigger from here, we went with a halo pave setting and a 2 carat round diamond. I must say when I got it I was blown away, we immediately took to our local jeweler and my ring sparkled much more than anything they had for the same price. I know we will be back for more bling soon!!!

We purchased a 1.29 ct Radiant cut diamond from you a few weeks ago and we are so pleased. The diamond was exactly as you represented and appraised for $4,000 over the purchase price!
