I don’t have any your boots so how can give you a review

I enjoyed chatting with the representative and finding the recommended boots, I just bought a new pair for work. I'm excited to try a new brand! Hoping these stand up to the expectations I've set!

On second pair of steel blue zip boots (mens). Bought the current pair in Dec 2024, started using them indoors workshop in Jan, and zipper failed after only 4 weeks. I checked with a local cobbler, who told me it was a common fault he came across with these boots.

Boots tore the heals off of me for the first two weeks. I persevered wearing them as people said they were comfortable, they have a breaking in period I wasn't expecting to go through. There not to bad now atleast.

Met a contractor who wears these boot like the look and style of them, I've been looking for a good pair of wellingtons with agressive tread since Red Wing went to casual boot tread. Seems like the heeler boot will fit the bill, just having a hard time finding a dealer local that still carries them. I want to try a pair in a shop rather than having a pair shipped that might not fit. Hopefully soon I'll be able to give a pair of heelers and a pair of Hobart's a try,

PLEASE FOR HEAVENS SAKE MAKE A ZIP ARGYLE FOR WOMEN!!!!! The southern cross is just for show, they look good but don't offer you the support you truly need to feel secure. The best experience I've had has been when I wore the argyle but of course without the convenience of the zip, they were a chore to get on and off. Reluctantly I decided to go for a pair of Bluestone which offers a pair with adequate ankle support as well as the convenience of the zip. Sort it out Steel Blue! Recognise that women like to feel supported while looking good!!

I bought these boots for work. I spend a lot of time on my feet and walking, they arent bad but the padding isnt the best for that long of wear. Also, the heal is hard and supportive but it pokes into the heal of my foot. I have tried to add some kind of padding over the metal/composite heal which had helped some, but not 100%. I have had these boots for 3 months, and as they do wear well, they are made with great care. Today 12/6/21, I came home w purple spots on my socks. We are required to wash our vehicles and my feet do get wet. But I have to say I am a bit disappointed that I would have any dye wear or leaks in a pair of $190 boots. I'm hoping that was a flook, and I wont have future wet feet. As for the quality.. they are made with great stitching, I like the inside ankle zipper- durable , but would prefer less loose hooks to tie my boots. Fabric is good, would like a bit more cushioning on the back heal and sole. Otherwise, not a bad boot.
