Thank you for your input Monica. Very much agree that names in a brighter color would be more visible and under other circumstances we probably would use a brighter color. The reason we use the maroon on dark colors is actually intentional. Your school's colors are maroon, gold, and black, as you know. Their primary rival is black and gold. So, we try to avoid using something like gold on a black (or charcoal gray) base for your school. If the base color were maroon, we'd use gold names. All in all, definitely agree that the name color could be something brighter. We just try to avoid making it look like it's the rival school's colors when possible....and stick to the maroon/gold/black combination. Understandable concern. Perhaps we'll push the team to using maroon or gold-base items for things that get personalization. Thank you for the kind words about the quality and for taking the time to submit feedback.

Thank you for the kind words Patrick. You are correct in your assertion, we should have gotten your order for a stock item shipped quicker. Think we packaged it up late in the day after you placed your order, so it went out first mail of the following day. Our apologies for that. We are taking steps to make sure stock items are shipped quicker. The input is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your kind words regarding the products. We truly appreciate the good rating despite your concern about the delivery time. Looked at your order and it was custom-made team gear that had a specific order period. With those types of items, we collect orders for a couple/few weeks and print/embroider the items at the same time (reduces cost and increases profitability to the Club). So, we had a close date for all orders and shipped the items a couple weeks after that close date. We'll fully admit that it'll seem like a "long time" for the folks that order early (first days of the order period) than those that wait until the last minute. And you were one of those that ordered early on, so thank you for that. We try to be completely forthright about the shipping dates for items. When we make custom, made-as-ordered apparel, the "order by" and expected ship dates are posted in the item description and next to "Availability." That "Availability" field should be carrying over to the shopping cart too. Trying to find ways to further highlight the expected ship date for custom, made-as-ordered items is something we're looking into. It's something we don't want folks to miss when using our site. Thank you for your input. It's truly appreciated.
