Be very careful that scammers are not using this as a payment method. I have been defrauded by a loan company calling themselves Quick And Fast Loans UK who asked for all upfront expenses to be paid through Steam. Needless to say they have disappeared with my money. We need to put this warning out there.

of course it's OFFLINE only access. and it says that Clearly. but my main issue is the account has issues, and/or my SAVED GAME files disappear. NOT COOL.
