I contacted Steambow to address a product issue, as the vendor was not responsive. Lukas addressed the issue immediately and arranged to have a replacement part sent out. Lukas was professional, courteous and provided excellent service.

At first I was a little disappointed. It looked and felt like a toy. I'm happy to say that this is No Toy. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. I live out in the country and have a small rodent issue. The AR-6 has greatly help with this problem. Not to mention it's a heck of a lot of fun to shoot.

I can’t thing of a single thing to complain about. Everything I’ve ordered has arrived exactly when it was supposed to. Upon package arrival, everything was exactly as I hoped and easy to assemble . My AR-6 Tactical functions better than expected, the bolts are holding up well, and I can tell the product is made to last. I’m extremely pleased and will be highly recommending that all my friends find their way to steambow and their awesome products.
