I'm trying the first tape now so it's too early to tell; however, I felt the shipping process was slow.

I received the product and got constant updates on the shipping status. However, the pump won’t work in the bottle so I’m unable to use the product. I’m giving it a 3 for now and if I can get it working from another container I’ll see how it works. I’m really hoping it delivers.

Very small in size

It took a long time to get my package and there's no instructions on how to set up or to use it!

First of all, it took 23 days to arrive (all the way from Italy!). Secondly, I ordered two wallets - one as a gift and one for me. Upon close inspection, the gift one appears to be fine. However, the one for me has very weak magnets and will not stay closed. I will not be ordering any more wallets from this company.

It would be useful to have the instructions for the product. I have no idea how to proceed.

The product is much cheaper looking in person than in the photos and the eyeball does not sit correctly on the stand.
