Booked a property that advertised multiple amenities which weren’t available during our stay, including the entire pool area. The property hadn’t been cleaned for arrival and was filthy. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, they have ignored all correspondence regarding a refund. Unhygienic, unhelpful and most of all acting immorally and unlawfully by withholding funds regarding a falsely advertised property.

We found a dead rat in the pool during our first night in Phoenix. We called Porter to resolve it. It took a day for them to have the pool disinfected. In the end they offered us $90 plus tax for our trouble despite that Marriott Homes and Villas. (who we booked through) recommended compensation of $448.50. We booked through Marriott because we wanted a certain level of customer service. In the end they sided with Porter. Porter's customer service is among the worst I've experienced as a frequent traveler.

Very disappointed in a multi-thousand dollar advertised luxury vacation home we rented that was hosted by Porter. Many of the key property features we paid for were broken and the functionality of the amenities were exaggerated. Feel taken advantage of and certainly did not experience any of the luxury advertised by Porter. Our request for a refund was declined.
