They don’t work like it shows on the add. They are just cheap pieces of plastic that do nothing. I was scammed. Wish I had never bought them. If you read this, don’t waist your money!!

I tried to get a refund for weeks. They overcharged me for a piece of junk that came damaged. Over $40! They offered me a $3 refund, I said no. Offered $5. I said no. They said max was $8. I said, NO! I am now reporting to my state's AG. This LYING, CHEATING company needs to be SHUT DOWN! If I could give zero stars, I would!

Did not get what I was suppose too.. There was no remote and just a tiny little thing

My order was for buy one get one free! Of the turmeric body wash! They only sent me 1 instead of 3! I have been complaining and have sent them pictures of my order and what was sent and they are not offering any satisfaction at all. They won’t send me the missing 2 bottles and are offering minimal reimbursement of only $10 USD which I spent much more than that and they are not even offering to give me back money for the cost of the two missing bottles!

The bags are super tiny! As big as a Kool Aid packet! What a joke!

They didn’t work like it should have

Ordered 3 mini screwdrivers totaling $302. Product never came. All I got was check with neighbors and post office. Third party carrier link to track, contact, phone carrier did not work. Phone number doesn't work and email doesn't work. Scam.

Do Not Buy – False Advertising & Poor Customer Service I kept seeing the same makeup bag advertised repeatedly on Facebook. I normally avoid purchasing products through social media ads, but I travel frequently and the bag appeared convenient. I clicked through to an external website (not directly through Facebook) thinking it would be safer. I received an order confirmation email, but the charge on my credit card was higher than the amount confirmed. I immediately contacted my bank, who advised me to reach out to the seller first, noting this issue is common with Facebook ad purchases. I contacted the company using the information in the confirmation email. They responded a day or two later, stating they sell the same product through multiple outlets at different prices and that the pricing discrepancy was a “common mistake.” It took another week for the charge to be corrected. Nearly one full month after ordering, the bag finally arrived — long after the trip I purchased it for. When I opened the package, the odor was overwhelming. The bag smelled strongly of cigarette smoke or chemicals to the point it was unusable. I would not put this in my luggage or near my personal items. I contacted the company again and received no response. Inside the package was a small slip of paper with a different email address. I contacted that address and, after several days, finally received a reply requesting that I send a photo of the product — as if a photograph could demonstrate an extremely strong and repugnant odor. This experience involved misleading advertising, pricing inconsistencies, excessive shipping delays, and extremely poor customer service. The product received was not as described and was unusable. I deeply regret this purchase and will be returning to my original rule of avoiding Facebook ad products. Save your money and do not buy.
