State 2 State RelocationReviews of state2staterelocation.com

WARNING DO NOT USE They took my money and never contacted me or picked up my move. I tried calling and emailing and texting before move date. Their phone number is out of order and their email address is non deliverable! I'm out $1,250! Because I paid by check my bank cant do anything about it!! I contacted BBB and filed a complaint and the agency that oversees moving companies!

Scheduled and paid for a move in March 2026. Never showed up as scheduled. Tried numerous times to contact to get an update, no one knew what was going on or could tell me when they truck would arrive. Had to reschedule all plans made for the move and rent a uhaul to move everything myself. I disputed the charges with bank, provided all the documentation showing the issue. Here it is now August and I’m being charged again and having to file a dispute once again. Horrible company, horrible service, horrible communication. Just give me my refund and move on. Nothing but scammers.

I will keep leaving the worst reviews until this Scam company ends up picking up my phone calls. I have been calling non-stop for 2 months after they knew they delivered my belongings broken, and now suddenly no one is picking up the phone. Pick up the phone and be responsible for your actions and honor the contract YOU made ME sign as a customer. My stuff arrived broken, they made me pay 4 times the quoted amount and now their phones are suddenly broken and no one picks up. UNREAL. I give them 1 more day and taking legal action.

Was a little rocky at first with the communication. But closer to the date they kicked it up an took care of everything. Our driver was amazing!!! Nothing got broken a they handled our items with the upmost care. Couldn’t ask for a better mover. St. Louis to Dresden Tennessee picked up a delivered same day. Thank you!!!

*** THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM**** *** DO NOT MAKE ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMANY*** We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly caution others before using this company. Before booking, we spoke with the salesperson several times and clearly explained everything we needed moved from our 3-bedroom home, including approximately 70 boxes, 2 beds, 2 dressers, and 1 couch. Based on the information we provided, we were quoted around $3,500 for the move. When the movers arrived, they told us the salesperson had only recorded about half of the inventory we had disclosed. We later learned the estimate was based on only 450 cubic feet, despite us accurately describing the full amount of property from the beginning. After loading our belongings, the company suddenly claimed the shipment was actually around 900 cubic feet and demanded nearly $9,000 to complete the move — more than double the original quote. Then, we needed to pay a $900 fee in order to cancel the service and have them unload the truck. We feel the quote was either intentionally or negligently understated in order to secure our business and collect the deposit. Had we been given an accurate estimate upfront, we never would have agreed to the service. This experience felt misleading and deceptive, and we are currently disputing the charges. We recommend not doing any business at all with this company, this company is a complete scam.

My name is Johanna Perez I am currently moving to North Carolina very soon and I contacted a broker/moving company to take all my items including clothes, furniture, household items and more across the United States for my move. Well let me tell you guys about the worst experience I have ever had and to start off if you are even thinking about using state 2 state relocation as a moving company run the other way these guys are the absolute worse and will scam you and take your money and will not only lie about the pricing and make you pay triple they will make it seem like everything is alright then come grab your stuff tell you that there isn’t enough room to fit all your things cause there is more than what was stated when we signed but there isn’t we stated everything when we spoke to someone on the phone and he told us a price we agreed and when they came to pick it up apparently there was more than what the person said in the contract which is bs cause we told them specifically what we had so when they came and loaded the truck they came and said the price now is 4 times what was agreed upon. So when we told them hell no we will cancel then they charged us a 900 fee to take the items out the truck when they could’ve told us before they even loaded it that it was gonna be more they knew from the beginning they were gonna scam us like they scam everyone else now I’m down my deposit plus the 900 unloading fee so please for the love of god never use this company they will tell you one thing and and send a contract that makes it look sugar coated then charge you 4 times more cause they didn’t actually put what we actually had our next steps are legal action so we aren’t worried but for anyone reading this please don’t use this company it’s complete shit and a hassle anyone with similar experience please write a review about this terrible company

Awful horrendous scam Comapny. No call no show to scheduled calls. Completely ghosted after payment. Had a change in in life and didn’t need to move and could not get ahold of anyone, including their billing department to cancel and get a refund.

A Man named Robert and I made a binding estimate for $7000 Then Peter calls and tells me he will be here the day of moving. Will he did not they sent this big guy to my house and they took all the small stuff and none of the big stuff like the empty gun safe or the tractor or the pool table. they then after i gave them $5250 Aviad the Actual mover demanded $9720. To avoid Aviad screaming at my 73 year old sickly husband, i post dated the check till after the weekend. He refused to give us a receipt or any paperwork and drove out of our driveway quickly. my husband called the bank and cancelled the check. I was told that Avi and Robert are no longer working for them. I have since then repeatedly asked for the storage my belongings are being held since they were never taken to the state im moving to as i want to take possession of my belongings so I can rent a uhaul and just move everything myself. Well after days of arguing with Peter over this and him wanting another $4000 I have reported them to the Fmcsa. Next i am calling the Florida State Attorney and the Feds to try to recover my belongings since they have stolen my belongings. DO NOT USE
