Same thing as everyone else dont trust
First off they are no different than any other moving company except they'll charge you on a higher quote so they can milk you more and say they are the business that moves you. All they do is contract other companies and maybe store your stuff they are not the company that comes and packs or that even drives. I was charged almost 5k$ more than the initial quote of less than 10k$ then they held my stuff hostage because I didn't make sure the manifest matched what had been quoted (both were wrong and noone on the crew they sent could speak English, had to use AI to communicate the entire time) their star rating is bull, dont trust it. Im waiting on my things over a month later while they rack up fees and laugh. The manifest isn't even remotely correct charging me for not just one or two but at least a dozen I have with me or sold. And tacked 31 plastic bins so they can use their own items description to charge you. Clever monkeys. Charging clients 50% more than quotes by using this. Their sales man assured me this would never happen only the shady guys who quoted me at 5k would do it. Should have gone with the shady guy would've been cheaper even if he had doubled the cost!
