I was charged for several services I did not request. I requested my LLC application request be canceled within the hour of submitting my payment on a Sunday evening on the state-filings website. I filed my own LLC application within that time as well on Sunday evening. I was then told by an agent the following day that I would not be refunded as they submitted the LLC application (even though it said pending when I sent the cancellation request) and that I would also now have to submit an amendment (which they offered to do for me for another $99) since THEY put THEIR agent's name and information on MY business application. I am now out over $200, I cannot remove my credit card from their website (I will have to dispute charges and request a new card), they are attempting to STEAL my business name and I may have to come up with a new one even after working for hours on marketing for it, and they are telling me I owe them more money to fix the issue. HIGHLY recommend looking further into filing an application for an LLC before ever using this website. it is a complete scam and rip off. Just trying to protect future business owners.

In process of purchasing my LLC I was understanding it was a certain price. After see my email confirmation, it was only supposed to be about two hundred dollars. I check my bank statement on that weekend.And they took out over six hundred dollars. I did not agree to all of this. I requested a refund and they said there were to work on it. But I don't know how true that is. I will be reaching out to my bank and seeing what I can do. Legally on my end. I would be very careful using this system.

I would give them a -star if available. I went to register an LLc and ein# for my client to save him money & time. I received my credit card bill and what should of been no more than $ 200.00 they billed me $ 814.00 when I contacted them they said I requested all these other documents that I DID NOT! In addition when they said I paid for a Operation agreement my client never received this. When I called the 1st time I thought I was speaking with the state of NJ they never corrected me. I thought it was the state of nj site that was my mistake but $ 814.00 for a LLc and Ein# this is way to much money.

The whole site is a scam. Save your money do everything yourself. Same day service took over 3 weeks, they took all the money upfront didn't provide services and then said it was my fault my bank declined individual charges when it was all taken in one payment. 1 month in I still do not have an EIN

I knew something was shady when they charged my card but provided no record of transaction. No email confirmation no follow up indicating order was process. There isn’t even a way to log in to check the status of your order. I guess I am to blame for not checking reviews beforehand. I’ve disputed the charge as unauthorized. You won’t get a penny from me. Learn to operate ethically and like a legitimate business.

SCAM!! Somehow this company was able to obtain my credit card and it has been repeatedly charged without my authorization.

SCAM Edited to add… I just got off the phone with a customer service rep who said Incorpified AND State-filing.com are the same company. STAY AWARE FROM THIS. These people are con artist!!!!! Please read the response they left to my review! Now they can’t find an order for my husband yet my husband has the history on his phone fully available for legal action to take place. STAY AWAY!!! They stole $980 from us!!!! Filled out on “state-filling.com” but then sent over to a company called Incorpified that has charged our card 3 times. First one was a little over $500. Second one was for $180. Third one was for $199. Canceled debit card because this is a SCAM. Do not use. Charges on our account are also impersonating the state we live in and we initially thought the STATE charges us 3 times. State has no recollection of charging us and couldn’t even speak to us about the llc because it was done under this “imposter” of a company. So sad for the people who work here. Customer service rep gave it away when she said “I’m just an answering service that answers the phone for multiple sales companies” And that’s when we knew we had been scammed as she then started asking for details only someone specifically needed to know for this “company”
